Do you have a minimum charge?
We have a minimum new install charge of $795. Prices get higher as we get closer to November.
Do I own the lights?
You do! In our package it includes ownership of the lights. Using the service with us continues the warranty and maintenance though. Customers can skip 1 year and still be under warranty but after that you lose your benefits.
Do you hang customer owned lights?
No, unfortunately it is impossible to quality control materials owned by our customers. The idea being how could we fix dead bulbs or faulty material without spare parts and since many lighting materials require specific installation instructions we just only offer lights we sell and supply.
When should I book my lighting service?
When it comes to our Christmas lighting service earlier is always better. We service almost 200 homes and not everyone can have the week before Thanksgiving. So if you have a specific date in mind then the earlier you book the higher the likelihood you will get the date you want.
